Player feedback

Player feedback and goals

Give private, organized feedback that the player and their family can revisit.

Positive

Great gap control on the rush in the second period. Keep closing that early and you take away the shooting lane.

Marked reviewed

Feedback in TeamDock is private to the player and their linked parent, and it lives in one running file instead of scattered messages.

Leave a feedback note

Write a note for a player, and choose whether it is something for them to mark as reviewed. It shows up in their personal feed, and you can tie it to a moment from the Film Room when that helps make the point.

Set goals players can work toward

Add development goals so players have something concrete to aim at, and so you have a record of how things are progressing across the season.

Who can see it

Coach-only notes stay with the staff. Player feedback reaches that player and their linked parent, and no one else on the team sees it.
