Terms of Service

Effective June 22, 2026 · Last updated July 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of TeamDock.ca and the TeamDock platform. TeamDock is operated by Muldoon Web Solutions Inc.

By creating an account, accessing a team workspace, or using TeamDock, you agree to these Terms.

About TeamDock

TeamDock helps sports teams manage team communication, player feedback, goal planning, calendars, events, video resources, photo galleries, and team dashboards.

Accounts and access

TeamDock accounts may be created by coaches, team staff, administrators, parents, guardians, players, or other authorized users.

Team administrators control access to their team workspace.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

Team administrator responsibilities

Team administrators are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have authority to create and manage the team workspace
  • Inviting appropriate users
  • Managing access permissions
  • Ensuring player, parent, guardian, and staff information is entered appropriately
  • Removing users who should no longer have access
  • Ensuring team content complies with applicable rules, policies, and laws

Team administrators are responsible for managing their team workspace, inviting appropriate users, assigning roles, monitoring team activity, and ensuring that their team’s use of TeamDock complies with applicable laws, league rules, association policies, safe-sport requirements, privacy obligations, and permissions from players, parents, guardians, or other authorized parties.

You are responsible for the content, messages, files, photos, videos, notes, and other materials submitted by users connected to your team account.

Youth players

Where TeamDock is used for youth sports, the team administrator is responsible for ensuring appropriate parent, guardian, club, or organizational permission has been obtained.

Players should only access TeamDock where authorized by the team administrator and, where applicable, a parent or guardian.

Team administrators should not invite youth players to use TeamDock unless they have appropriate authority from the player’s parent, guardian, club, team, school, league, or organization.

TeamDock does not replace any safe-sport, supervision, screening, communication, or child-protection policies that apply to a team, club, association, league, school, or organization.

Customer content

Teams retain ownership of the content they enter into TeamDock.

By using TeamDock, you allow us to host, store, process, display, and transmit team content as needed to provide the service.

Team content may include schedules, notes, player feedback, goals, media, links, documents, comments, and other information entered by authorized users.

Private feedback and notes

TeamDock may include private or restricted-access notes, feedback, and planning tools.

Users are responsible for using these features respectfully and appropriately.

TeamDock is not intended for storing medical records, legal documents, disciplinary investigations, or highly sensitive personal information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use TeamDock to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse others
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
  • Share private information without permission
  • Upload content you do not have rights to use
  • Attempt to access another team’s workspace without permission
  • Disrupt or interfere with the service
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

More broadly, you may not use TeamDock to upload, post, send, store, share, or promote content or conduct that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate for a youth or amateur sport environment.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, grooming, exploitation, inappropriate communications with minors, bullying, harassment, non-consensual sharing of images, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, hate content, threats, impersonation, fraud, malware, spam, or any content that violates another person’s rights, privacy, or safety.

Enforcement

TeamDock may remove content, restrict access, suspend users, suspend teams, preserve records, disable features, or terminate accounts if we believe, in our discretion, that the platform has been used in a way that violates these Terms, creates risk to a person’s safety, infringes rights, violates law, or may expose TeamDock, a team, or another person to harm or liability.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Reporting and cooperation

TeamDock may report suspected illegal activity, child safety concerns, exploitation, abuse, or threats to appropriate law enforcement, child protection, reporting, or regulatory authorities. TeamDock may also preserve and disclose information where required or permitted by law, or where necessary to protect the safety, rights, or security of users, teams, TeamDock, or others.

Content monitoring

TeamDock does not undertake to proactively monitor all team content, messages, uploads, or activity. Team administrators remain responsible for supervising and managing their team workspace. However, TeamDock reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or report content or activity when it is reported to us, detected by our systems, or otherwise brought to our attention.

Subscriptions and billing

TeamDock is offered as a per-team subscription on one of two plans: the Annual Team Plan (the default, best value) and Monthly Flex. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and are billed in your local currency (CAD in Canada, USD elsewhere), with any applicable taxes included.

Both plans include the same TeamDock features; the difference is billing structure, not functionality. Each subscription begins with a 14-day free trial, and no payment method is required to start it. When the trial ends, you choose a plan and add a payment method to continue; if you don't, your team is simply paused until you do, so you are never charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically (annually or monthly, per your plan) at the then-current price until cancelled. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Teams on Monthly Flex may switch to the Annual Team Plan at any time from billing settings.

If pricing changes apply to your renewal, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price takes effect.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. TeamDock does not directly store full credit card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your team's billing settings.

Annual Team Plan: cancelling during the 14-day trial means you are not charged. After the annual subscription begins, cancellation stops the next renewal and your team keeps access until the end of the current paid term. Annual fees are not automatically prorated or refunded.

Monthly Flex: cancellation stops the next monthly renewal and your team keeps access until the end of the current monthly billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or specifically stated in writing.

Annual fees are not automatically prorated or refunded. If you believe there was a billing issue, contact us and we'll review it.

Data after cancellation

After a subscription ends, TeamDock may retain team content for a limited period to allow reactivation, export, support, legal compliance, or backup processes. We may delete or archive inactive team workspaces after a reasonable period.

Teams that need access to specific content after cancellation should contact us before their access ends.

Storage, fair use, and video

TeamDock includes fair-use storage for photos, files, and team media. Full game video is not intended to be uploaded directly to TeamDock and should be hosted through a third-party video platform (such as YouTube or Vimeo) and linked into the Film Room.

TeamDock may contact teams with unusually high storage or bandwidth usage to discuss options. Additional storage may be available on request.

Third-party services

TeamDock may link to or integrate with third-party services, including video platforms, calendar tools, authentication providers, payment processors, email providers, or other services. TeamDock is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, performance, or security practices of third-party services.

Support

Support is provided through TeamDock’s in-app support request system or by email. We aim to respond in a reasonable timeframe, but response times may vary depending on the nature of the request, platform availability, and support volume.

Service changes

We may update, improve, modify, or remove features from TeamDock over time.

We may suspend access for maintenance, security, non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

No coaching, legal, medical, or professional advice

TeamDock is an organizational tool. It does not provide coaching certification, legal advice, medical advice, athlete safety advice, or sport governing body compliance advice.

Teams are responsible for following their own association, league, club, school, provincial, and national sport requirements.

Intellectual property

TeamDock, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and documentation, is owned by Muldoon Web Solutions.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or reproduce TeamDock without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muldoon Web Solutions Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of TeamDock.

Our total liability for any claim related to TeamDock will not exceed the amount paid to TeamDock by the affected team for the current subscription term.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, misuse the service, or create a security or legal risk.

You may stop using TeamDock at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
