Which plan should I choose?
Choose the Annual Team Plan if your team expects to use TeamDock throughout the full coaching year: it's the best value. Choose Monthly Flex if you're joining partway through the season or want a shorter commitment before moving to annual.
Can I switch from Monthly Flex to the Annual Team Plan?
Yes. Teams on Monthly Flex can switch to the Annual Team Plan from billing settings, before their next monthly renewal. The annual plan is the best value for teams using TeamDock year-round.
Is Monthly Flex missing any features?
No. Both plans include the same TeamDock features. The difference is billing structure, not functionality.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every team starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to begin. You'll only add a payment method when the trial ends, so you can set your team up and explore everything at no cost, with nothing to cancel if you decide it's not for you.
What happens after the trial?
When the 14-day trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan and add a payment method to keep going (the Annual Team Plan or Monthly Flex, at the price shown above taxes included). If you don't, your team is simply paused until you do, so you're never charged unexpectedly.
Can I cancel?
Yes. During the free trial there's no card on file, so you're never charged unless you choose to subscribe. Once you've subscribed, you can cancel from your billing settings: on the Annual Team Plan cancellation stops the next renewal and your team keeps access until the end of the current paid term (annual fees aren't automatically prorated or refunded); on Monthly Flex cancellation stops the next monthly renewal and your team keeps access until the end of the current monthly period.
Do players and parents pay anything?
No. One team subscription covers your roster. Coaches, players, parents and family members can be invited without per-user fees.
Does TeamDock host our game video?
TeamDock organizes Film Room notes around video you already host on YouTube or Vimeo. Coaches add timestamped notes, tag players or team concepts, and keep feedback easy to find, without uploading full game files directly to TeamDock.
Is storage unlimited?
No. TeamDock includes fair-use storage for team photos, files and season media. Full game video should be hosted externally and linked into the Film Room. Additional storage may be available if needed.
