Data Deletion

Last updated July 14, 2026

TeamDock is operated by Muldoon Web Solutions Inc. You can delete your TeamDock account and the personal information tied to it at any time. This page explains how, including for accounts created by signing in with Google or Facebook.

Request full deletion (any account)

To delete your TeamDock account and personal data, email privacy@teamdock.ca from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data.” We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then email you when it is done.

This removes your account and the personal information associated with it: your name, email, sign-in identity (including any Google or Facebook connection), and the feedback, notes, photos, and other content you added, except records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, basic billing records for a paid subscription).

If you signed in with Facebook or Google

Signing in with Facebook or Google shares only your name and email address with TeamDock to create your account. Deleting your TeamDock account as described above removes that information.

You can also disconnect TeamDock from the provider directly: on Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites and remove TeamDock; on Google, go to your Google Account → Security → Third- party access and remove TeamDock. Disconnecting stops future sharing; to also delete the account and data already stored, use the email request above.

Options inside the app

Some data can be handled without a request. A player or parent can ask their team's head coach to remove them from the team, which deletes their membership and links to that team. A head coach can remove any member, and can wipe a team back to a blank slate with the New Season Reset in Settings.

Removing someone from a team ends their access to that team but does not delete their TeamDock account. To delete the account itself, use the email request above.

Deleting a whole team

A head coach can request deletion of an entire team and its data (roster, schedule, film notes, feedback, photos, files, and related records) by emailing privacy@teamdock.ca. We verify that the request comes from a team administrator before acting.
