The Film Room
Built around the Film Room.
For a lot of coaches, the season doesn't just happen on the ice. It happens in the clips, notes, teaching moments, and follow-up after games. TeamDock's Film Room helps you organize externally hosted game video, add timestamped notes, tag players or team concepts, and keep feedback connected to the rest of your team hub.
No complicated performance suite. No direct full-game video hosting. Just a practical way to turn game film into better team conversations, built around YouTube or Vimeo links you already have.

Feedback stays private: each player and their parent only ever sees the notes tagged to them, never the rest of the team's.
New · Live streaming
Stream it live. Coach it after.
Stream your games to your team's YouTube channel from any camera, an AI sports camera, or a phone on a tripod. Connect the channel once and TeamDock handles game day: it spots the broadcast, puts a LIVE banner on the team dashboard, and alerts every member the moment you go live.
Choose to show the stream on your public team page too, so grandparents and friends without accounts can watch. And when the final buzzer sounds, the stream becomes your game film in the Film Room, ready for timestamped coach notes.
- Works with any camera or app that streams to YouTube
- Automatic LIVE banner + notification to the whole team
- Optional public page broadcast for family without accounts
- Stream becomes your game film the moment it ends
Your team. Your colours.
Customize TeamDock with your team's colours and logo for a platform that feels like home. Switch themes in seconds, try it.
Questions
Frequently asked
Who is TeamDock for?
Hockey and basketball teams: the coaches, managers, players and parents of a single team. Each team gets its own private portal plus a public site at your own web address.
How much does it cost?
Free for 14 days, then one flat price per team on the Annual Team Plan (best value) or Monthly Flex, taxes included. Both plans include the same features; one price covers your whole roster. No credit card is needed to start your trial — you only add a payment method when the trial ends and you decide to keep going, so you're never charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Do players and parents pay anything?
No. The single team subscription covers everyone you invite. Players and parents join free with an invite or your team's join code.
How many players, parents, and staff can join our team?
As many as you need. There's no limit. One team subscription covers your entire roster: every player, parent, and coach or manager you invite. There are no per-seat fees, so adding people never changes your price.
Is my players' information private?
Yes. Roster, schedule, video notes and feedback are login-gated and private by default. Privacy is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the UI. A player and their parent see the same player-facing content, and nothing about your players goes public unless you turn it on.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. TeamDock is on the App Store and Google Play: free native apps for iPhone and Android with push notifications for chat, news, feedback and schedule changes, plus Face ID / fingerprint quick sign-in. Free for every member of a subscribed team. TeamDock also works as a web app in any browser.
Can we live stream our games?
Yes. Stream your games to your team's YouTube channel from any camera or streaming app (an AI sports camera like xBotGo, a phone on a tripod, or a full setup) and connect that channel to TeamDock in Settings. TeamDock spots the broadcast automatically: a LIVE banner appears on the team dashboard, everyone gets a notification, and if you choose, the stream shows on your public team page so family and friends without accounts can watch. When the stream ends, the same video becomes your game film in the Film Room, ready for timestamped coach notes. Tip: stream as Unlisted on YouTube so only your team and public page can find it.
