The Film Room is where game video turns into coaching. TeamDock organizes your notes around video you already host. It does not host your full game video.
How it works
- 1Add a video link. Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link to footage you already have. You can also connect a YouTube playlist to import games automatically.
- 2Mark a moment at the exact second. One click later jumps straight back to that play, with no scrubbing.
- 3Add a note, and aim it at a player, a pair, the whole team, or keep it coach-only for staff.
- 4Choose who sees it. Players and their linked parents see only the notes meant for them, in a personal feed they can mark reviewed.
Colour-coded categories
Each note can carry a category, so feedback reads at a glance and never relies on colour alone:
- Positive, for what you want to see more of.
- Teaching, for a concept to build on.
- Correction, for a habit to fix.
- Team Concept, for a group idea like a breakout or forecheck.
- Coach-only, for notes that stay with the staff.
Keep notes short and tied to one idea, and the Film Room becomes the easiest part of your week.
